What you will do:

  • Understand our target markets (which includes digital, social, and mobile) & business needs and utilize industry best-practices to create and enhance our campaigns to create best-in-class engagement campaigns

  • Seamlessly liaise with Product Marketing, Customer Experience & Digital, Retention, Winback, Acquisition, Sales, Channels, Data Engineering & Analytics. to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency

  • Work with business stakeholders and management to identify needs and guide the delivery of cost-effective, high-performance technology infrastructures and use of third-party applications.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital and non digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs and ROI.

  • Develops high level technical deliverables in support of omnichannel solution, such as CDP/data flow diagrams, architectural and/or interface diagrams.

  • Design and support automated processes in marketing systems, related integrations and handle ongoing list of activities and improvements within individual projects and across initiatives.

  • Contributes to the design and continued improvement of Astro omnichannel platform and solution products.

  • Develops and documents technical best practices and standards Provides hands-on troubleshooting and consulting for omnichannel solution performance challenges or project delivery concerns.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years experience with software implementation (preferably marketing applications) from requirement through design, development, testing/client acceptance and deployment

  • Rich experience with end-to-end marketing ecosystem solution which includes hands-on experience

  • Experience marketing to B2B, B2C markets and social media platforms

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Deep technical and architectural expertise with SaaS-based products

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audience

  • Ability to multitask and manage project deliverables in high productivity environment

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with database schema design, data cleansing/appending, data exporting

  • Experience using business analysis and project management skills

  • Experience in managing development team

  • Technical Development experience and methodologies

  • Ability to document processes, writing of software design specifications and user cases.

  • Experience in best-practice design, consulting and research analysis

  • Demonstrates good listening and comprehension skills

  • Is a high achiever with result oriented focus

  • Ability to build and manage relationship with vendor and users, including all levels of management
