We are looking for someone with:
Professional financial qualifications, marketing, business administration or related field
At least 10 years of experience in financial industry, refer sales distribution management
Competent knowledge & skills in business operational planning & organizing
Strong strategic and business acumen skills
Strong ability to work with others indeveloping and executing on roadmaps
Good relationship development and management skills
On the job you will:
Develop andimplementing all strategies for Partnership Distribution includingBancassurance, MILL and FA and in line with company’s strategy
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to growth of business
Maintain and enhance business operating models to continuously improve the quality of the business and ensuring consistent growth and sustainability.
Develop new partnership to align with company strategy;Build strong relationships with partners at top management and branch levels in aiming to activate partners’ business in a solid manner
Recruit, develop and manage a highly competent and professional team to support sustainable growth.
Work in collaboration with the various peer groups and inter-department to ensure the best service providing and partnership with banks
Manage back-office team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the division
Manage budget projections for manpower, expenses, sales and premium consistently year over year
