Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!To provide product and services information through face to face service delivery channel, attend to product/service problems by clarifying the customer's request/complaint.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provides product and service information through face-to-face service delivery channel that meets and exceeds the defined service standards
2. Attends & resolves product/service problems by clarifying the customer’s request/complaint, determining the case of the problem and explaining the best solutions to resolve the problem.This could include any follow up task to ensure resolution.
3. Collaborates with team members and other support staff to ensure consistency in service delivery
4. Assist the branch head in branch operational matters where applicable.
5. Project Involvement (ad-hoc / routine) - to drive, participate and contribute within pre-determined time line, where assigned.
6. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior(s) in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
7. To participate and contribute in training so as to ensure continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge.
8. To impart knowledge amongst team members by way of sharing, training and coaching.
9. Pro-actively promote/encourage self-service facility available in the branch/service center/Company services when opportunity arises.
Job Requirements:
1.Degree in related field and/or 2+ years’ experience in related field
2. Frontline customer service experience is a pre requisite.
3. Ability to speak mandarin will be an added advantage
4. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
5. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
6. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
7. Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
8. Able to handle all level of customer and agent.
9. Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
10. Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
11. Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
12. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
