The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Managing branch operations and develop initiatives to ensure that monthly targets are met
- Monitoring overall service delivery and providing feedback and suggestions for further improvement
- Streamlining branch processes and ensuring they are compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Mentoring and guiding branch staff towards excellence
- Reporting P&L to regional manager
The Profile
You have a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years experience in Banking industry. You have strong expertise in banking products and have innovative initiatives to bring to the table. You have strong leadership skills and are able to lead a high performing team. You have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and a customer-oriented mindset.
