Job Description



This admin mainly is business administrative task support for food service department on sales administrative, operational matters such as distributor claims, promo claims raise, reports analysis (forecast, sales and stocks management with supply chain) and some marketing related matters such as PR raising, samples requisition, POSM management, on simple artwork (OEM), project coordination (OEM) and social media marketing posting contents.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist on TPM (promo creation) related matters - raising TPM accordingly to the requirements of the individual needs of salesperson and distributor claims
  • Assist to verify and check all distributor claims on monthly basis
  • Assist on all the sampling requisition and packing, STO on stocks from Melaka to TNSA
  • Assist on weekly sales v forecast analysis and reporting for S&P for sales forecast projections and aging stocks
  • Lead the daily sharing on weekly stocks status and incoming stocks to the core team (sales, logistics and admin)
  • Support and assist in monthly forecast and production schedule monitoring with factory.
  • Assist on sharing weekly sales tracking v targets (BI reports) to salesperson
  • Support marketing on operational matters such as PR raising, sampling requisitions, POSM management.
  • Support marketing on the social media posting contents, liaising with agency
  • Lead all the OEM sticker artwork, carton box artwork and OEM operational related matters
  • Assist on all the export related matters - sampling, documentations
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.


Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) in Business studies, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative or clerical work.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel including pivot table, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook (emails).
  • Basic exposure to SAP system will be added advantage.
  • Basic Analytical Skills in sales reports analysis is highly important.
  • Basic exposure in social media marketing contents will be helpful.
  • Good and pleasant learning attitude, detailed, analytical, strong operational skills is crucial.
  • Good communication, presentation and writing skills will be added advantage.
  • Languages required: Bahasa English, Bahasa Malaysia
