Why does this job exist and why is it critical​
Accountable for building trusted advisory relationships with business units to influence decisions with insights and facts.
Always inquisitive to explore different ways to deep dive and dissect Big Data into actionable insights and recommendations by identifying potential segments for upsell/cross-sell and areas of revenue cannibalization (if any)
Sensitive to industry and market trends and perform benchmarking to identify opportunities, threats, areas of growth and key shifts affecting business activities.
What are you accountable for
  • Build and produce customer insights, customer segmentation and product analysis and able to make strategic recommendations to Management to generate incremental revenue across postpaid products or segments within Consumer Business.
  • Take lead in post product implementation review for future learnings and propose recommendations for value optimization.
  • Perform simulation analysis for possible action plans to facilitate Management decision making.
  • Responsible for customer lifecycle management analysis and customer profitability analysis.
  • Responsible for monthly rolling forecast by key business drivers.

What do you need to have for this role
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • A minimum of 8 years working experience in commercial analytics, customer lifecycle management,customer profitability analysis, pricing analysis, business performance management or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level), PowerPoint,Google Data Studio andBig Query. Experience in SQL skills (Big Query) is preferable.
  • Someone who is positive, collaborative, inquisitive and passionate
  • Possess pro-activeness and creativity
