The opportunity
As a Senior Manager/Directorwithin Supply Chain & Operations, you will contribute to one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. Businesses need to continuously achieve and sustain performance improvement in a rapidly changing environment. As one of our performance improvement consultants, you will help many of the world's leading businesses and governments tackle their most pressing issues in particular about transportation, warehousing and materials management. Your key responsibilities
  • Leadership role and exposure in at least one of the following supply chain pillars - Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Sourcing & Procurement
  • Delivering large-scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects, also addressing the latest in digital supply chain and supply chain innovation
  • Working with client's organisation to enhance supply chain process and performance, within a collaborative team analysing client issues and developing solutions
  • Working in multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of high quality services, consistently and with proven global methodologies and tools
  • Support the development, growth and maintenance of large global accounts and strategic clients across Asia-Pacific

  • Strong professional experience in logistics functions

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
  • 8years of professional experience in the Supply Chain function, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a leading consulting practice.
  • Good balance of process, technical and functional knowledge of Supply Chain Planning
  • Excellent understanding of Supply Chain Management, especially agile supply chain planning, DDMRP etc.
  • Knowledge of Integrated / Enterprise Business Planning process and systems (JDA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis preferred)
  • Good understanding of Continuous Improvement such as DMAIC, LEAN, TPM etc.
  • Experience in leading and supervising projects/project team members

Ideally, you will also have
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience in working with clients helping create, execute, sustain, and continually improve the supply chain planning strategy and process
