What you will be doing
The primary focus of a Business Demand Generation is to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through a mix of inbound calls and outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical
As a Business Demand Generation you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with inbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products preferred. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.
Selling Oracle solutions via phone and digital means leveraging social media platforms
Supporting programmatic and inbound campaigns to build healthy funnel of prospects/leads
Applying consultative approach in understanding and analyzing clients’ needs
Communicating Oracle Value Proposition
Participating in 3-way solutioning calls with Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer to progress leads
Systematically qualifying, generating, nurturing and progressing an active sales pipeline which can be readily CLOSED
What are we looking for
Min 2-4 years’ experience in telesales or sales environment in dynamic IT and Telco environment
Goal and numbers oriented individual.
Communicate confidently and effectively.
Creative %26amp; strong solution selling skills.
Familiar with social media tools and technologies.
Experience in managing a high volume sales pipelines.
Experience in selling or positioning cloud solutions would be a advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
