Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to initiate and manage new business opportunities from lead generation to screening in-bound leads to the development of all proposal and pitch presentations. There is tremendous growth opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills and the desire to learn.
Initial responsibilities include:
  • Working alongside the Healthcare access and Innovation team managing outreach efforts that are synchronized with our thought leadership driven strategic activities.
  • Required to collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional team members, as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the marketing, clinical marketing, medical and Business Area as well as our Roche Pharma, regional business team, global business team and project managers, in the development of the content for all new business opportunities
  • Organizing and managing the archive of new business content to enable easy identification of relevant information.
  • Identify and explore all networking opportunities, including participation in industry associations, external partnership, and healthcare networking events, to build relationships and increase visibility within target markets.
  • Applied best practices and find new avenues to demonstrate value for Roche offering to create positive outcome for both the company and our customers (i.e. patients and payers)
