Job Description

1. Develop client database
2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Develop positive relationships with clients
4. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ needs
5. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
6. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
7. Report on the status of accounts and transactions
8. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
9. Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
10. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Job Requirements: -
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies, Management, Administrative
2. Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales
4. Those without qualification but with extensive experience will be considered
5. Computer literate with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
6. Possess own transport and willing to travel

Language: Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu
