Responsibilities / Introduction
' Responsible for market areas allocated for prospecting clients, and connecting with
clients through networking, phone calls, email and social media channels
' Develop and maintain good working relationship with key senior stakeholders
' Actively collaborate with internal technology, marketing and sales teams for deep
understanding of our offering and marketing, sales initiatives
' Work towards achieving business objectives in Malaysia by hitting key sales and
business development targets
' Work to setup meetings with prospective clients and handle introductory presentations
of the product
' Move prospects along the sales funnel, from prospecting, meetings through
proposals, negotiations and closing
' Handle operations tasks as required for current clients - for example sending out
EDMs, Push Notifications, Email updates and ad-hoc system tasks
' Support merchant team in arranging meetings with prospective merchants, closing
contracts, uploading new merchants on system and infrequently managing and attending
merchant events on client site
Requirement
' Minimum 2 years client facing experience including cold calling, sales meetings,
attending networking events etc
' Experience in Technology, User Engagement, Customer Loyalty sectors will be an
advantage
' Strong network in any business sector with key senior leadership in Kuala Lumpur
' Adept at making cold calls, return client enquiries
' Diploma/Degree from accredited University in any specialization. Overseas university
education will be a plus
' Outgoing personality with fluent business communication skills in English, Malay,
Mandaring
' Drive and passion for Technology, loyalty platforms, incentive programs, merchant
partnerships will be a plus
