Job Description

Responsibilities
1. To create and apply an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients
2. Creating new contact, finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
3. Contacting clients to establish rapport and arranging business meetings.
4. Researching organizations and individuals to locate or propose potential business initiatives by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities.
5. Conduct research on market outlook and trends; update BD activities and status
6. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
7. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating client’s needs and goals.
8. Coordinating preparation and submission of business proposals and tender documents including pricing costing and pricing strategies and write up.
9. Planning and preparing presentations
10. Developing new business initiatives into viable income streams
11. Closing sales

Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in IT/Business/ Finance or any related field
2. Minimum of 5 years in business development working experience with a proven track record preferably in the ICT.
3. Proficiency in English and BM is required.
4. Experienced and have closed major business deals
5. Good networking and connection
6. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
7. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
8. Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets.
9. Capable in presentation, proposing solutions, preparing quotations and tender submission.
10. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well and able to work beyond working hours
11. Plans and carries out duties with minimal direction
12. Familiar with desktop applications: MsWords, Excell and Powerpoint
13. Detail oriented, motivated, goal oriented and work well in a team environment.
