Job Description

  • Responsible for developing annual growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfactions.
  • To provide marketing analysis and implement business strategies to drive growth.
  • Become an expert in assigned industries/ customers to provide solutions to customers by promoting company’s products and services.
  • Work directly between factory team and customers to expand company’s presence as well as to promote products and capabilities through new products road show and customer presentations.
  • To set, monitor and achieve the annual KPI set by Corporate and site office.
  • Build good rapport with new and existing customers and factory operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical components, sales/marketing, front-end engineering experience or customer interface related.
  • Proven sales track record and strong market knowledge.
  • Possess effective written and oral communication skills for both English and Mandarin (to work together with counterpart and Management from Corporate office based in China).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player and possess good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
