Job Description

What is your role:

• Responsible for supporting the Company in IT sales especially on Talent Augmentation and IT Managed Services.
• Achieve sales targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
• Creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls.
• Establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
• Identification of new business opportunities through cold calling prospects generated by internal or external sources.
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
• Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and develop the business through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within the existing client base.
• To carry any duties that have been assigned by the company or management.
What you need to have:

• Minimum 4 years’ working experience in Sales in selling and marketing IT Services.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven sales track record in selling IT Services in Malaysia
• Strong networking in sales or able to identify potential customers to promote the IT services of the company.
• Must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills & able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service and communication with all levels of people.
• Possess hunter sales attributes to drive and close sales.
• Possess good written and spoken English.
• Possess own transport with valid driver’s license.
• Must have strong organizational, supervisory, and able to work under pressure and independently.
• Must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills & able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service skills.
