Get to know our Team:

  • Business Development team is responsible for building Grab verticals through various initiatives.

  • The team is working closely with stakeholders across all verticals to bring success and add values for the business.

  • Our team is heavily interacting and build relationship with the external stakeholders to drive business opportunities & collaborations.

Get to know the Role:

  • This role is required an outspoken person that prefers client facing and manage external stakeholders.

  • This person is must be familiar with the products knowledge and processes to ensure every discussion with internal or external stakeholders bring a meaningful conversation and lead to success.

  • This is a team player role that required to provide support to the team when its needed, support to other teams may be required if its crucial.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Responsible to GrabBenefits (driver partners loyalty program) operations including bring in new GB partnership, review and retain the existing GB partnerships, handle feedbacks & issues, provide analysis and reports for GB campaigns.

  • Work with driver partners loyalty and engagement team on strategy planning to drive success in both participating partners & driver partners

  • Manage GrabBenefits portfolio to bring in suitable campaigns within GrabBenefits or other line of businesses to drive revenue for both partners and company.

  • Assist manager and team on other ad-hoc projects

The must haves:

  • At least 2 years working experience in the similar field. Having sales & consultative experience is an advantage.

  • Strong in relationship building and able to relate to people at all level.

  • Maturity to handle a wide range of customers.

  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

  • Willing to work hard to get things done, independent and require least supervision from the superior.

  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism, with a customer-centric and data-driven decision-making mindset.
