Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business related platforms, tools and customer/sales fronting channels needs align and map those needs to Business Division Ambition & Goals

  • Conduct and run workshops or breakout sessions to brainstorm, gather requirements from internal stakeholders and innovate new way of work/processes

  • Identify what other business pain points/problem statements, and to define how the target solution should be implemented with ease of UI & UX
  • Construct User Journey for different personas and customer segments

  • Manage product backlog through prioritization of business needs with aim of driving Customer Experience and Revenue generation, whilst mapping out any dependencies and overlapping of other portfolios to optimize investments/CAPEX spending.

  • Managing & driving overall Go Live Systems from translating business requirements into Scope Of Work Documents, Business Process Documentations, Business Readiness Planning, UAT, Training & Communications, and Users Adoption (Change Management)

  • Keep abreast of market demands, continue to validate with internal and external customers (pulse check) and track performance of any processes implemented/changed through measurable KPIs
  • Primary interface between Sales Channel, Sales Operations, Customer Service and IT Dev
