The Business Program and Operation Manager [ BPOM ] for key customer is responsible execution, operation and management of customer's contract. This role helps operationalize contracts, drive outcome that ensures compliance to the contract's governance to support the customer's growth and transformation. This works closely with the customer's account team and commercial team to deliver high customer's satisfaction while maintaining high standard on contract compliance.
  • Manage all aspects of customer licensing contract end-to-end with highly effective execution rigor
  • Collaborate with relevant parties in customer organization in the contract execution, delivery an iterative improvement by aligning and adapting existing practices, processes and tools and innovating new solutions as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong communications and relationships across your customer and stakeholder community
  • Embrace uncertainty, take risks, and learn quickly from mistakes while looking to achieve more efficient contract execution and management.
  • Brings passion and energy to contribute to a vibrant culture of diversity and inclusion within the team

  • a minimum of 3 years of experience in microsoft licensing and licensing operation.
  • microsoft product and operation experience with proven high quality impact.
  • bachelor's degree or relevant experience commensurate with job expectations for this position

  • ability to create effective relationships, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels
  • track record of taking on highly complex challenges and delivering results with high attention to detail and impeccable quality
