Must have good organizational ability, be able to multi-task within a complex environment and have good people skills. Responsibilities: § Responsible and accountable for IT business analyst role to deliver business/project scopes and objectives § Responsible and accountable for quality assurance on outputs delivered following standards and guidelines of the company § Responsible and accountable for technology knowledge continuity for post go live support § Responsible and accountable for user and functional requirements as input criteria for application development life cycle § Responsible and accountable for end-to-end testing for project life cycle § Review, challenge and improve requirements to optimize the business outcomes from both aspect of cost and efficiency § Engage and communicate cross functional teams (IT and business) with regards to project deliveries outcomes Requirements: § IT Business Analyst/Product Management Experience 3-4 years, preferably in insurance industry § Competent leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills. § Able to translate technical language to business terms and present to business and technical audiences. § Must be able to work independently and highly self-motivated § Must have strong analytical skills to resolve issues § Communicates effectively with different stakeholders (own team, technology teams, business, mgmt. teams) § Added experience from one on the relevant technology domain:- o Policy Admin Systems o BPM, BRE solutions (ie. SAG BPM/BRE) o CRM solutions (ie.
