Job Description:
  • Responsible for the operational aspects of marketing efforts, including but not limited to, setting up vouchers, landing pages, homepage assets, knowledge bank updates etc
  • Set day-to-day promotional and / or educational in-app feature settings including but not limited to Livestream, Landing Pages, Banners, and Notifications.
  • Support and coordinate with other departments, including but not limited to, voucher creation, campaign microsite, and tasks that involve setting up on the content management system
  • Liaise with Regional and Product Team for bugs and errors
  • Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments within the company
  • Ensure smooth, accurate and timely execution of marketing efforts like campaigns, online streams, partnerships.

Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent command of English (mandatory)
  • Ability to adapt to shift hours, both long-term night shifts and work schedules in which employees change or rotate shifts
  • Experience in eCommerce marketing and / or campaign management would be a plus
  • Willing to be hands-on with strong executional abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive with a knack for getting things done
  • Practical judgment concerning everyday matters is highly essential coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous project
  • Able to multitask and prioritise under pressure
  • Thorough attentive to details highly proactive resourceful logical critical thinker has a growth mindset team player, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
