Job Description

Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

Seeking to recruit a Product Manager within Cards & Payment Products department. Reporting directly to the Head of Cards Product Management, this is a key role whose primary responsibility to lead go-to market card products development and end-to-end product lifecycle in growing and protecting UOB Cards franchise.
  • Establish & execute plastic strategy for emerging affluent segments
  • Overseeing the overall management of card lifecycle, from Product development, new card sales, usage, and activation.
  • Develop and refresh product features and product value propositions
  • Develop comprehensive marketing & acquisition programs which ensures close collaboration with the acquisition channels
  • Initiate and communicate updates for all new campaign/product value propositions revamp including conceptualizing ideas, initial financial analysis, evaluating conversions, develop and monitor
  • Develop and execute plan to improve utilization rates & customer engagement
  • Ensure strategies are implemented to improve new cards activation rate and increase customer activity rate
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are executed promptly and efficiently

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant depth of experience in the industry, with minimum 3 years of experience in cards product management
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, able to deal effectively with people at all levels (internal and external)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills
  • Good understanding of business guidelines, compliance requirements and risk management to ensure quality of business.
