The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with top brands, defining business and operational priorities and ensuring that these are met. With designed metrics, you will be expected to report overall business as well as vendor experience. You will be involved in product launches as well as brand awareness in the market. You will be enhancing the value of our services by providing strategic plans, improving business processes and customer experience. Lastly, you will be have to produce quarterly/monthly financial reporting as well as recommendations for further improvement.
The Profile
- You have a degree with at least 4 years experience within a category management role.
- You ideally have experience with SQL.
- You have strong project management skills and are able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong commercial acumen
- You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, with ability to manage relationships effectively
- You are tech-savvy and are willing to adopt new technologies
