Job Description

• Degree in Change Management or other related field
• At least 6 years of experience in Change Management
• Well-developed listening, communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence people from different levels of the organization
• Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the program level
• Support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Monitor the health/execution of communication plan of the program level
• Improve the communication and training activities to achieve its objectives
• Ensure communication and training activities in respective projects are conducted according to the plan
• Consult and coach project teams
• Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Track and report issues
