Keysight Technologies is the world leader in providing electronic measurement solutions, services and software. Our Channels Organization works with partners that market, sell and finance Keysight solutions. The CFE has four primary areas of responsibility:
1. Distributor Education and Motivation
.Educate all Disti Reps and managers on Keysight's latest products, promo's and program updates.
.Joint business, account and event planning
.Develop training program that ensures partners have capabilities needed to succeed in the territory
.Understand partner compensation, business strategies and technical capabilities
2. Customer sales calls and product demonstrations
.Support distributor Reps on product demonstrations for customers
.Joint sales calls
.Outline deal closure plans with Disti Reps and ensure execution
3. Sales Development events
.Plan and execute larger events: table top shows, lunch & learns, Keysight Test Drive, etc.
.Ensure alignment between customers --> partners -->Keysight
.Align with Keysight direct Field for mutual opportunity leverage
4. Sales and Business Management
.Track Disti deal funnels and help accelerate/ close deals
.Assist Disti Reps with all operational issues on deals: discounts, promo execution, demo coordination, etc.
.Develop and review business plans that lead to sales and market share growth for Keysight
.Manage territory within established legal boundaries and Keysight's standards of business conduct
Job Qualifications
.Bachelors in electrical engineering (preferred) or equivalent.
.Typically 3-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level
.Strong written and verbal communication skills
.Effective presentation, problem-solving skills and negotiating skills
.Knowledge of test and measurement customers within the territory
.Previous OEM experience in preferred, but not mandatory
