Job Description:
  • Identify areas of business opportunity to drive incremental Acquisition & develop plans to support the implementation and growth of the new agency
  • Monitor performance of agency force through effective communication and report
  • Organizesales/business development activities such as seminars and business reviews
  • Review and contribute to the development of agency
  • Consolidate the acquisition plans and strategize opportunities for the agency by implementing appropriate actions to address the gaps
  • Maintain and further foster relationships with the agency and provide continuous feedback on competitive activities and create resources within the agency
  • Oversee commercially critical projects and motivate agency groups to achieve desired results

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations (proficiency in Excel Pivot Table and Vlookup is an added advantage)
  • Effective presentation skills, backed by good business acumen
  • Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Proactively engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Passionate to learn and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the e-commerce/technology space
  • Excellent command of English and the ability to converse in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
  • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
