Description
  • Support Squad Lead to ensure alignment to journey vision and key goals
  • Together with Squad Lead, plan for operationalization and scaling up developed solutions
  • Bring product related and frontline process and customer related knowledge to the team
  • Ensure delivery of journey against budget
  • Test prototypes with customers
  • Responsible for collating data, interviews customers, and conducting research to support design and enhancements to journey
  • Collaborate/coordinate with branches
  • Develop & execute offline & online ASNB campaigns
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Review and development of ASNB financing products for loans growth include performing distribution engagement activities (verification on system enhancement)
  • Drive sales acceptance and achieve targets set for ASNB loans
  • Prepare and disseminate internal communication for the implementation of campaign/ promotions for ASNB financing
  • Performance tracking of campaigns/sales
  • Conduct periodic/annual product review & competitors analysis to maintain awareness of current market landscape for competitive edge.
  • Drive campaign acquisition and sales challenges
  • Provide staff training on ASNB financing products for smooth handling & delivery of products to promote good customer experience.
  • Assist to handle customer complaints & resolution of fees/rates waiver requests
  • Liaise with other business units to enhance product features/ processes, maximize cross selling and product bundling initiatives

Requirements
Formal Education:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing and marketing ASNB Financing / products business
