Core operations roles including transaction processing, settlement and confirmation, margin and collateral, payment processing, cash management and regulatory reporting.
The Role and Responsibilities
Transaction Management roles are responsible for processing, clearing, servicing, researching and/or settling transactions, as well as review relevant regulatory reporting to regulator.
  • Managing designated operations function across multiple line of Business/products, including the formulate and implementation of operational processes related to trade processing.
  • Supervise internal or external regulatory reporting including identify reporting requirements, source for reporting, formulate and implementation of report preparation process.
  • Lead/ participate programs/projects have significant organizational and client impact across multiple LOBs, departments, products and/or regions, and impact the client experience, including transformation initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Acts as an escalation point and is responsible for communicating and presenting program/project status and deliverables to executive leadership as well as key external/internal stakeholders, such as Product, Customer Service, Sales, Audit, and Technology.
  • Works independently to achieve desired outcomes aligned to strategic initiatives, and requires advanced relationship management and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Is an advanced subject matter experts in transaction processing and leverages significant prior experience.
  • Managers of individual contributors or other managers with responsibility for driving strategy, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk and controls initiatives for key sub-functions and/or broader functions in transaction processing
  • Enhance and review operational operating procedures and tools in line with the regulations and global policies.
  • Reviews work of team members to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, group policies and quality standards are met.
  • Perform deep analysis all operational incidents to identify root cause and appropriate corrective measures and preventive measures implementation.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis on product features, data captured in system and able to draft detailed business requirements for technology automation purposes including provide test cases, participate in system User acceptance testing, review test results and able to determine testing objectives are met.
  • Be the liaison person with business and support team for identification and implementation of systemic enhancements.]
  • Ensure compliance to corporate and regulatory requirements which are relevant to the department.
  • Recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems.
  • Manage and drive productivity save and improvement.

The Role Requirements
  • Preferably with University degree and at least 10+years of related working experience.
  • Demonstrates high energy and passion for their role, responsibility and team player
  • Good communication skills including good command of English (oral & written)
  • Experience in heading team of subordinates.
  • Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management product knowledge and good understanding of local regulatory requirements.
  • Able to organize, fast learner and independent in carrying out duties/ assignment
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Tool
  • Drives results through leadership, people, communication and influence
  • Good organization and time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks within tight timeline
