What is your mission
  • Build strong relationships with Client's customers by providing best-in-class customer experience by proactively identifying and solving customer problems.
  • Drive customer value and achieve media revenue targets per sales plans provided by client on a monthly basis and the Service Level Agreement.
  • Proactively raise customer issues to client’s sales support teams across Ad Operations, Insights, and Creative, etc., and provide ongoing follow-up and customer communications to troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error free execution.
  • Proactively analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure customers’ objectives are met.
  • Manage all end-to-end aspects of the customers’ media campaigns including targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage all aspects of each Client’s customers marketing campaign to ensure customers’ objectives are met, from making recommendations on target audiences to proving ROI through campaign insights.
  • Apply rigor and use technology to drive performance-oriented and customers’ objectives based marketing solutions
  • Advise customers on creative and content quality and development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery.
  • Conduct customer education on social media products and campaign management, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools and ensure our customer needs are met
  • Manage customer relationships for a maximum of 10 months before the account moves onto a client’s internal team

Who are we looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
  • 1+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)
  • Experience in advertising sales and media account management
  • Demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modeling, and advertising / media analytics
  • Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of providing consultative and data driven solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
