Job Description
The role of the Inside Sales Account Manager is to manage an existing list of accounts to achieve the desired retention rates and develop new business potentials for the Web Of Science product platform. Web of Science is the world's largest publisher-neutral citation index and research intelligence platform, providing access to +34,000 journals and 254 subject categories.
This role will be located in the Penang, Malaysia office and report into the Commercial Sales Director for the Clarivate scientific & academic analytics subscription-based products & services.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in delivering sales results within a fast paced & highly competitive sales environment. This is a great opportunity for an energetic Account Manager to effectively renew & retain a list of existing accounts for the assigned business and pursue upsell opportunities.
