Responsibilities:
· Overall responsible to formulate, negotiate and amend contracts as per business requirements
· Order entry per the division SAP (or equivalent) based procedures
· Handling of customer inquiries externally and internally, assessment of feasibility in commercial regard
· Tender / Quotation preparation using MDT pricing policy and internal terms and conditions, detailing of bid proposal documents, editing of project list
· Quotation tracking concerning timeline, quality and costs until conclusion of contract
· Coordination / clarification of commercial details with internal interfaces
· Order settlement and handling, execution of technical / commercial follow-up tasks like securing of commercial ancillary conditions
· Be the focal person for Compliance matters
· Daily/weekly contact and follow up with customers during execution and internally, including expediting of both internal/external customers and sub-suppliers
· Ensure business procedures with auditors, banks, suppliers and other services are in line with management
· Responsible for reporting, planning and scheduling (daily/weekly) related to the LTSA and contracts
· Contribution to order intake forecasting and sales planning
Requirement
· Engineering Degree along-with Bachelor in Business Administration or similar
· Legal study/ background is an added advantage
· Commercial experience of at least 7 years , esp. regarding tendering and order processing
· Experienced in contract formulation and administration
· Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer orientation
· Excellent skills set required in communication, contract negotiation, terms and conditions design, legal implications of terms and conditions and project management at the most senior level of customer
· Strong networker, engaging, well introduced to the local market and within MDT
· Sound interpersonal, presentation as well as intercultural skills and understanding
· Intercultural skills
· Very good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment
· Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity
· Fast response to customer demands
