JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Act as the Company Secretary of the companies under the group
  • Organize and attend Board Meetings and prepare the minutes there of
  • Prepare all corporate secretarial documents such as resolutions, statutory documents andcorrespondences
  • Carry out preliminary review of agreements, Memorandum & Articles of Associations, TrustDeeds, prospectuses, etc. prepared by other departments or external parties in accordancewith relevant statutory requirements
  • Assist in project or special assignment in which the secretarial department is involved e.g.acquisitions, disposal, takeovers etc

REQUIREMENTS
  • ICSA or Licensed Secretary from SSM qualification
  • Minimum 3 years company secretarial practice experience
  • Must be conversant with the Companies Act, 1965 and other relevant statutory andregulatory requirements
  • Good communication skill and able to work independently
  • Able to work under tight
