Job Description :
Oversee and direct construction projects from design conception until completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Review and analyse all contractors and sub-contractors construction bids, tenders, work scope and schedule. Review all design layout drawings at key stages of design and development to ensure compliance with authorities and company requirements. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Coordinate tenant fit-put works including reviewing submitted drawings, ensuring their feasibilities and checking their legitimacy of related regulations or requirements. Review the work progress on daily basis. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
Required work experience :
Degree in construction management architecture, engineering or related field. More than 5 years experience in managing elements of construction projects. Proven working experience in construction project management including records of successful completion of projects. Expert knowledge of design, building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Provide real time language interpretation to client on call / video. Required language Mandarin/Cantonese + English *Require to pass Speaking test in order to apply.
