Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for project site construction activities and progress, including scheduling, cost management and monitoring, safety, quality, manpower requirements & employee relations, compliance of statutory regulations & administration works as well as the environmental aspects of the project.
  • To monitor progress claims from consultants/contractors and ensure payments are in accordance with agreed terms.
  • To work closely with the project team, client, consultants and government bodies.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 10 years of project site experience and technical understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly highways, rail or tunnel.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong leadership & organisational capabilities to manage construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Candidates with relevant overseas work experience and those who are interested in opportunities for long term employment experience in Australia will be highly considered.
