Our HR Transformation practice is rapidly growing to meet increasing client demands in the Asia-Pacific region. Work you will do
within the Asia-Pacific region and beyond: from helping set robust people strategies, to exploring or optimising people-focused tech, to defining and improving employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Working and collaborating with global, regional and local clients from a variety of industries in managing complex change by developing HR transformation strategies and solutions including, HR process design and re-engineering, HR operating model design and redesign, HR technology advisory, and advisory services on specialty focus areas
  • Performing research and analysis about the client context and their needs to design appropriate diagnosis and propose improvements on their HR operating model and processes
  • Integrating employee experience into HR process flows, Cloud technology design, and making recommendations on Operating or Service Delivery models
  • Advising clients on the design and implementation of (global) HR transformation programmes
  • Being an active part of our practice community with the aim of contributing to industry eminence as well as improving team engagement and wellbeing

  • As you develop in seniority, you'll gain additional responsibility to drive practice development and team engagement activities that enable your personal development and professional growth

Enough about us, let's talk about you
  • You have experience in at least one of: HR operations, transformation programmes, enabling HR cloud technologies, organisation design or a specialist HR area (e.g. learning, recruitment, benefits, rewards, performance and talent)
  • You have an ability to understand the design, delivery and execution of the full life cycle technology and service delivery transformation programs
  • You are willing to seek out challenging experiences and opportunities to develop your skills and improve upon your gaps to be more successful on the job
  • You demonstrate social perceptiveness, by listening well and being able to incorporate feedback into personal development and professional growth
  • You are a team player and seek opportunities to collaborate. You are attentive to the needs of others and understand what needs to be done to achieve collective success
  • You have demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and varied environment
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You are degree qualified and have a strong record in academic performance
  • You have a willingness to work outside of office base and most of allan appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) for short-term and long-term project assignments

Preferred:
  • Although it is not mandatory, previous consulting experience, either in-house or as part of a consulting firm is beneficial
  • You have experience in the application of design thinking, agile project management or customer centric design
