Assist customers over phone while providing a delightful customer experience.
Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research.
Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
Adhere to process norms and structure.
*These incumbent/candidate who joins us will be supporting Indonesian markets that would include the countries where Bahasa Indonesia languages are spoken.
• Minimum qualification – A bachelor’s Degree required in any discipline
• 1 to 3 years of work experience for Senior Process Executive
