Job Description

Requirements
  • 3+ year's experience in business development, with a strong focus on channel marketing or affiliate partner relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of success with a high degree of intellectual energy and a bias for action, influence, and competitive spirit
  • BS or BA in business or the equivalent experience
  • Experience with complex deal structuring, solution sales, and development
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and cross-functional organization
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on demonstrating the value of Bjak's product line
  • Proven ability to establish credibility quickly, willingness to take action, make decisions and lead
  • Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop, deploy, and lead a best-in-class line of business that can unlock the full market potential of Bjak's product across multiple markets and industries
  • Ability to grow relationships with senior executives at partner vendors, consultancies, and large enterprise organizations
  • Carry a revenue goal for business-driven through partnerships, and develop a complete strategy for how to grow revenue through channel sales and partner opportunities
  • Must be a team player, collaborator, negotiator, and great communicator to influence the shared services of our organization
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate a wide variety of technical concepts, and coordinate with technical stakeholders both externally and with partner organizations
  • Actively grow and manage your own pipeline, budget, and resource needs
  • Educate, train, and support the broader team to develop a holistic approach and present a unified brand
  • Both sell and implement partnership activity, bringing the functional components of the business together to drive revenue growth for the company
  • Broaden and deepen existing relationships across the technology or OKR landscape to immediately lever actionable business opportunities
  • Successfully collaborate internally with professionals in the marketing, business development, sales, product management, and finance groups to lever the respective strengths and assets of the company to achieve business objectives
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals in an aggressive time-frame
  • Assist with developing business models to analyze and prioritize opportunities that give Bjak a competitive advantage
