Job Description:
  • Gatekeeping and upholding all Ethics and Integrity related policies including but not limited to conflict of interest, employee negligence, and confidentiality guidelines
  • Familiar with the policy clauses and be able to apply the principles to individual cases encountered in the role
  • Manage and coordinate the investigation of misconduct related to the Ethics and Integrity policies from the beginning of the case up to conclusion
  • Liaise with the regional team to localise and implement new Ethics and Integrity policies, that is in align with local laws and regulation
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance or Whistleblowing management
  • Knowledge of local Malaysian labour law and other related government policies (for example, PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act))
  • Good communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Critical thinking, able to derive conclusions from the information given
  • Strong problem solving skills
