Grab’s Regional Performance Marketing team is focused on driving user acquisition and engagement through effective, conversion-focused ads.
Creative is often the single most-influential aspect of all marketing efforts, and this role will have a direct impact on all performance marketing creative at Grab. As we look to scale while becoming more efficient, we need to continually evolve our creative to be outstanding when it comes to performance, brand objectives, and legal compliance. We will look to launch new program creatives on a regular basis, along with optimizing long standing evergreen creative to avoid creative fatigue.
The Creative Lead will own all things creative - from the production process to testing plans to building the long-term creative tech roadmap.
What You'll Help Us to Accomplish:

  • Coordinate production of high-quality marketing assets using a combination of internal resources and external vendors and contractors.

  • Support the performance marketing team with all creative production needs.

  • Develop relationships with country creative stakeholders to produce and approve regional assets

  • Create and manage a schedule and workflow through all phases of marketing asset development based on the top marketing goals/priorities.

  • Concept high-impact experiments with clear and meaningful hypotheses, objectives, and execution

  • Work with marketing managers to develop creative a/b testing roadmaps to optimize towards the most effective assets

  • Own and develop the long-term creative production roadmap, incorporating tech partners and automation to scale production capabilities and quality

  • Evaluate creative performance across channels and formats and share findings with country teams and marketing managers on a regular cadence.

  • Develop a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics/goals and use that understanding to evaluate and improve all marketing assets performance.

  • Proactively research competitor and industry trends to support the creative team in building new ad opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • At least 3 years of direct-response creative production or marketing experience.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to self-manage time and work schedule

  • Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a fast-moving environment and meet challenging deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong working relationships

  • Growth hacker mindset when it comes to improving creative elements to drive conversion

  • Experience with performance marketing channels (social, display, mobile app marketing, app stores, SEM, affiliate, etc.)

  • Ability to efficiently analyze data for insights and generate hypotheses for fast iteration testing, optimizing for ROI

  • Ability to balance between brand marketing and performance marketing needs

  • Deep understanding of channels and best practices in mobile marketing.

  • Understanding of digital ad mechanics and formats

  • A strong eye for art and design.
