Job Description :

  • 1.Ensure timely, accurate and effective credit administrative support to Business Unit regarding credit facilities which includes the following areas:

    • Implementation / Restructuring of Credit Facilities

    • Allocation / Re-allocation of Limits

    • Credit Reviews

    • Verify approvals are in accordance to Credit Policy’s Lending Authority Limits

  • Ensure conditions of Approvals are met, Documentation are in Compliance with terms of approval and Bank’s policies prior to implementation of facilities

  • Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework

  • Ensure Covenants, Exceptions are logged, monitored and followed through

  • Attend to Business Unit’s queries and request on timely manners

  • Prepare timely and accurate management reports/ excess & overdue reports (Daily / Monthly / Quarterly) to Business Unit’s for their review and rectifications

  • To maintain internal database / applications for reporting

  • To co-ordinate, escalate and follow up with internal parties on issues for resolution / approvals

  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and improve service level

  • To participate in project initiative and assignments

  • University Degree Holder

  • Experience in Credit Administration / Operations Department of a Bank is preferred

  • Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Attentive to details and meticulous

  • Able to multi-task and able to cope with pressure to meet deadlines

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Able to work with minimum supervision

  • Performance and quality driven

  • Able to work according to Singapore working calendar

  • Willing to work beyond standard working hours when required
