Job Description

  • To assist department head in designing and transforming Credit Evaluation via data optimization for all retail products.
  • To assist department head in managing and directing the team continuous process improvement and achievement in efficiency towards targeted performance and reduce TAT.
  • Conduct MIS reporting trend analysis on Retail Lending portfolios, with a view of identifying adverse trend and potential issues for proactive management.
  • To ascertain the acquiring MIS to analyze the booking and performance trends of the portfolio.
  • Handling of BNM / External Audits’ requests.
  • Handle control work including exception reports review, monitoring of warning signals and recommending appropriate remedial strategy according to laid down policies and accounting standard.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare relevant proposals and reports to management.
  • Involve in various projects and initiatives.
  • To comply with the Bank’s credit policy and guidelines, Statutory Guidelines and standard procedure/processes.
  • Efficient service deliverance and guidance to credit and system team.
  • Perform duties and work assigned by Head, Credit Portfolio, MIS & Strategy and Head, Group Retail Credit as and when required.
  • Pro-actively identify problem areas and opportunities within Retail portfolio with processes, policy and market/industry analysis to enhance profitability of the franchise.
  • Tracking of new retail product rollout to monitor the performance and success level of these initiatives.
  • Assist in presenting analytical observations and influencing business decision-makers to propose policy recommendations.
  • Maintain and support credit data and data repositories. Champion enhancement and automation of portfolio analyses and data management – reporting and system
  • Manage ad-hoc credit/risk MIS request to support Risk Acceptance Criteria for front-end approval.
  • Involve in application/behaviour scorecard performance monitoring.

  • Senior Manager (R5 - R6)

  • Strong analytical and credit decision skill.

  • Well verse of the current market trends and demand of the industry.

  • Self-motivated & ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
