Job Description :
  • To adhere with System Maintenance KPIs i.e in accordance to SLA/TAT set by Management.
  • To ensure Revolving Credit, Share Administration, and Cost of Fund administration is attended timely and in order.
  • To ensure timely maintenance of system maintenance requests i.e. OD/Trade reduction, Interest (i.e. OD & TL) / Instalment/ Next Payment Due Date and etc.
  • To maintain internal database/applications for reporting.
  • To co-ordinate, escalate and follow up with internal parties on issues for resolutions/approvals.
  • Able to contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and improve service
  • To participate in project initiatives and assignments.
Qualifications
  • University Degree or Diploma Holder
  • Experience in Credit Administration / Operations department of a bank is preferred
  • Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attentive to details, neat and meticulous
  • Able to multi-task and able to cope with pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Performance and quality driven.
  • Able to work according to Singapore working calendar
  • Willing to work beyond standard working hours when required
