Our client is a leading multinational firm in Electrical & Electronic Appliances industry.

The Job

In this role, you will be joining the firm's growing customer service team in order to develop and manage the ever expanding customer database, ensuring complete, reliable and accurate data. You will be working working with the team on planning and delivering CRM strategies with an aim to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty and expand the company brand. The team's major focus will be on ensuring the implementation of an efficient CRM strategy that helps shape the customer engagement framework and acts pivotal to achieving our business goals.
The Profile
  • You possess a Degree in Marketing Analytics or related discipline. Masters would be advantageous.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a CRM or loyalty marketing role.
  • Hands-on work with marketing analytics tools and CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, SAP etc. would be required.
  • Prior work with relational database structures would be helpful.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Solid programming and data manipulation skills is a big plus.
  • You have a strong business acumen backed and a strong logic when it comes to reasoning or decision making.
