Our Customer Care Consultants are highly passionate and committed about delivering a futuristic and differentiated unmatched customer experience in a Maxis store. Be a Maxis ambassador to excite experience-seeking customers to embrace the digital lifestyle through Maxis solutions and an unmatched customer experience.
What are you accountable for
  • Active delivery of well-differentiated customer experience in a Maxis Concept Store primarily by showcasing digital lifestyle business solutions through in-store demonstrations and being a businesssolutions advisor to the customers
  • Uphold high standards in terms of creating a dynamic retail store environment, driving constant innovation/experimentation and contribute in creating a constantly learning and sharing culture with active collaboration with the team members and key stakeholders
  • Driving BusinessExpert-level solutioning, personalised conversations with customers to enrich customer’s business environment, context and instrumental in delivering end-to-end walk-out-working experience
  • Lead customers through an Experiential journey within the new retail environment through relevant solutions leveraging both digital and physical capabilities to create excitement for customers at every engagement opportunity
  • Constant learning and exposure to various external partners/solutions providers, advanced retail technologies in terms of delivering of business environment solutions and adapt to the world beyond conventional telecommunications.
  • Be a great ambassador of Maxis with fully customer oriented mind-set and a champion in delivering unmatched customer experience

What do you need to have for this role
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese/local dialects are preferred
  • Minimum Postgraduate Certificate / Diploma/ SPM required
  • Experience in showcasing and conducting demonstrations preferred
  • Tech savvy and computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Obsessed with customers, hospitality, passionate about sales, competitive spirit, and understands people through interactive conversations
  • Curious about technology and lifestyle (eg. Music, gaming, travel and wellness)
  • Open for opportunities for both people managers and individual contributors
