Get to know the Role:

  • Provide customer support to Grab customers in Singapore. Work location is in KL, Malaysia

  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic

  • Ability to handle accident/safety cases in a calm and composed manner

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature

  • Individuals who have the drive and passion to make a difference, resilient to work in a high-pressured environment

  • Being able to multitask is vital for this job role as you will need to record accurate information quickly

The day-to-day activities:

  • Provide quality customer support (24/7) through Voice and Digital channels for our customers

  • Empathize with customers, offer clear and relevant advice

  • Dealing with potential life and death calls. You will be directly involved with live emergency calls, taking vital information to help arrange the most appropriate care and support

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business

  • Support other department campaigns when the need arises

The must haves:

  • At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service

  • Able to work on weekend and rotational shift (24/7)

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English language

  • Ability to speak in Mandarin is a must

  • Experience in Zendesk will be an added advantage

  • Ability to communicate results to management and work in a fast paced environment

  • Can thrive under minimal supervision
