Job Description


The candidate will be a team player of Market Management Division within Allianz Malaysia, supporting business priorities, strategic development and marketing communications objectives through customer insights and analytics. The candidate is expected to perform mass data analytics, customer research (qualitative / quantitative), campaigns / initiatives performance tracking and benchmarking and able to provide actionable insights in supporting desired targets and results. This person will also be liaising with various stakeholders (Governance, IT, Business Owners, Management Team, peers and external vendors) in carrying task assigned.

1. Customer Insights & Analysis
• Key support in customer insights and data analytics to support business priorities (i.e. campaign performance tracking, identify potential target segment for marketing, customer data quality analysis, and etc)
• Key support in data-mart data point expansion and enhancement via collaboration with various stakeholders (IT, business owners) to enrich customer insights to support business decision making.
• Manage and deliver regular business reporting on timely basis.
• Support customer experience improvement via Voice of Customer using NPS / CSAT / 5-Star Rating Review, which includes survey result compilation and analysis, sharing of customer feedbacks with business units to support business strategic decision making.
• Support in market research and insights including qualitative / quantitative research (mystery shopping, syndicated research, concept test and etc) to meet business opportunity / marketing communication objective / customer experience and service improvement.
2. Corporate governance and projects
• Key support in the management, coordination and assist to review department’s standard operation procedure in compliance to internal & external requirements.
• Key support in the management, tracking and execution of department’s governance related matters i.e. audit, risk, BCM etc.
• Assist CMMO/HoD with special projects management i.e. development of strategic deck using customer insights / market research.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as when required.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Analytics, Marketing/Statistical/Computing & Information Systems/Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in mass data processing and analysis.
• Experience in reporting packages (Business Objects, Microsoft Excel etc), databases (SQL, R, Python etc) and analytic tools (SAS etc) is an added advantage.
• Possess strong critical and logical thinking.
• A team player that able to work with various stakeholders.
• Strong communicator and ability to articulate insight/reports to influence peers and stakeholders.
• Solution oriented and intensely customer focused
•  Strong multi-tasking ability and able to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Related experience in Insurance or Banking is an added advantage.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
