The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):
  • Attending incoming calls and answering customer's queries and requests in a professional manner provide appropriate solutions and alternatives follow up once necessary.
  • Providing high quality service to achieve customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries at first contact where possible.
  • Working in a contact center environment and handling multiple customer calls from various types of customers.
  • Personalize service by cross selling and up selling products and services that are appropriate for customers.
  • Proper escalation of unresolved matters to Team Manager / Service Manager for resolution.
  • Keep records of all call information in line with the SOP.
  • Responsible for achieving individual targets and goals whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Continuously strive to attain and exceed agreed productivity and KRA targets.
  • Able to accommodate the shift hours and adhere to the work schedule.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Good communication skill in English and Malay, able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Patient, confident, active listening skills and attentive to details.
  • Excellent oral communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
  • Must be able to work on shift, on weekend and public holidays
  • Able to manage multiple customer interactions
  • Must be Willing to work in Damansara City / Wisma Hong Leong / Menara Raja Laut / PJ City.
