Job Description :
Responsibility:
  • To assist Asst. Export Manager to achieve high level of service by meeting pack fill target > 99% and order Fill rate >90%
  • To work with internal dept and ensure all the goods completed and shipped as per customer’s requirement.
  • To work with warehouse dept and freight agent and monitoring container load within the time frame and container out before vessel cut off time.
  • Due to limited loading bay, container truck in / out monitoring require with the forwarding agent and warehouse personnel all the time.
  • To ensure all the goods shipped upon manufactured to minimize inventory holding.
  • To ensure vessel booking obtain before 3 working days before goods completion.
  • To ensure loading capacity is meeting maximum capacity or as per required by customer

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Management or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related fields.
  • Able to work independently without close monitoring from the Superior.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
