Position: Advisor-Customer Service (Korean & English)

  • Type: Full Time
  • Exp required: Min 3 years ( Native Korean),
  • Location: Menara 1 Sentrum, KL Sentral
  • Work Shift: 24/7
  • Liaise with Business Unit on status of service request
  • Filter call base on product and require different assistance such as software help and to transfer to the department in charge
  • Provide guidance and steer Handle incoming queries on phone calls/ emails and portal
  • Help desk Support - Review operational issues & the log on help desk queries.
  • Must be a Native Korean speaker.
  • Must be a degree holder.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in Korean & English.
  • Liaise with Business Unit on status of service request

  • Provide guidance and steer Handle incoming queries on phone calls/ emails and portal
