Client Background: Adhesive & Label MNC
Location: Bakar Arang, Sungai Petani
Position: Customer Service Executive
Headcount: 1
Tenure: Permanent
Responsibility:

  • Comply with customer's requirement and deliveries are fulfilled effectively.

  • Review on-line system to ensure all sales value are posted.

  • Ensure orders, forecast and material planning are well managed.

  • Handlecustomer complaints.

  • Manage on-going and new projects with close liaison with relevant department.

  • Shipping arrangement including submission of form A and D for approval.

  • Monitor and expedite with shipping on cargo shipment.

  • Knowledge in SST regulation and tariff code system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.

  • At least2 years of experience in similar capacity.

  • Familiar Microsoft Office and detail oriented.

  • Excellent interpersonal, good customer relation and communication skills.

  • Good verbal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and lead a team.

  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

  • Good understanding in adhesive tape industry and market trend preferred.
