Job Responsibilities:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): marketing skills, SAP system
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with customer on the confirm purchase order.
  • Generating sales order by using system (SAP) upon received purchase order from customer.
  • Review current finish good balance quantity and make deliver arrangement with warehouse if stock available.
  • Notifying planner on the customer ordering to obtain target or planning date delivery if there are no balance stock or new production output required.
  • Follow up with planner on the commit delivery date.
  • Notifying customer on the delivery status.
  • Liaise with warehouse for the delivery arrangement.
  • Handling customers complain for any related issue once complete the delivery date.
  • Notifying respective department / section upon received customer complaint if any.
  • Preparing report on weekly and monthly basic which including consignment billing, report billing , FG report, inventory report, forecaster report and maintaining interco pricing.
  • Attending meeting internal or external.
  • Any others tasks as and when assigned by the management.
  • Follow the company's environment policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirement.
