Job Description :
*The Customer Service Agent plays a key role in assuring the customer service delivery to our customers. The Customer Service Agent provides mostly email and telephone support to our customers.
*The primary purpose of this role is to receive queries and complaints from customers. The Customer Service Agent will aid the customer, where possible resolving the question immediately.

Required work experience :
  • Excellent customer service skills including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking
  • Fresh Graduate who is currently in Japan encourage to APPLY
